CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT

    Change is the part of our daily lives. Every moment, something changes. Every day, we changes as well. This means that learning how to adapt to change is one of the most essential skills in life. We need to know how to adapt. The first step is to accept change as inevitable. It will come and it will happen. You get to prepare yourself for it, but you can't stop it from happening. However, change is not something bad. Every time there is a shift, there is definitely a positive effect. Change helps us grow and become better. Even if it hurts, there is always a silver lining.      One of the most important and overlooked parts of being able to find the self is being unashamed about feeling good. This entails doing activities that feel good to you as much as possible. There is a tendency to believe that you must suffer much to achieve happiness. It is more the case that unhappiness has to be unlearned from past conditioning.    No matter how you think of this wiser self, try to open yourself and be mindful of it speaking to you. The message that you're seeking may come as a memory, a dream, an image, or a feeling. It may come all at once or over a period of time. DARK SIDE OF SELF LOVE

   Self love is a lifelong practice that has to be fully attended to in order to bring about its full effects.The fact is that human beings learn far more from their pain than they do from their triumphs. We have far more to learn from our faults than our strenghts. Mirroring is an excellent technique that everybody would benefit from and can be used as a mirror for our own development. When we detest someday else, it is a flaw in our perception.   What you see in others is a reflection of what you have within yourself but do not want to deal with. As a result, when someday bothers you, it is easier to project your own failings onto them and criticise.
