FORM GOOD HABITS

    Most of our behavior is habitual comes automatically without thinking. Our character is the sum total of our habits. A habit starts by being too weak to be felt, and ends up becoming too strong to be broken. Anything we do repeatedly becomes a habit. We learn by doing. By behaving courageously, we learn courage. By practicing honesty and fairness, we learn these traits. By practicing these traits, we master them. Similarly if we practice negative traits such as dishonesty, unjust behavior, or lack of discipline, that is what we become good at.  Attitudes are habits of thoughts or thought patterns, which reflect in behavior. If we want to do anything well, it must become automatic. If we have to consciously think about doing the right thing, we will never be able to do it really well. That means we must make it a habit. Professionals make things look easy because they have mastered the fundamentals of whatever they do. Many people do good work with promotions in mind. ...

CHOOSE YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY

      A person who says whatever he likes usually ends up hearing what he doesn't like. Be tactful. Tact consists of choosing one's words carefully and knowing how far to go. It also means knowing what to say and what to leave unsaid. Talent without tact may not always be desirable. Words reflect attitude. Words can hurt feelings and destroy relationships. More people have been hurt by an improper choice of words than by any natural disaster. Choose what you say rather than say what you choose. That is the difference between wisdom and foolishness. Excessive talking does not mean communication. Talk less; Say more. A fool speaks without thinking; a wise man thinks before speaking. Words spoken out of bitterness can cause irreparable damage. The way parents speak to their children in many instances shapes their children's density.

HAPPINESS

One is born in a first class hospital, the other is delivered at home, both survived. One went to a private primary school and the other to a public school, both ended in the same high school. One woke up from the bed and the other woke up on the floor, both had a peaceful sleep. One has expensive attire, the other simple and cheap, both still cover their body. One ate fried rice and roasted chicken, the other ate home made rice and dal but both filled their hunger. Life style is not a competition, various lanes lead to the same destination. Just because our neighbour has amassed material posessions, it does not mean that we are a failure. Happiness doesn't come from having everything, but making the best out of what we have, it's all about how we see ourselves. Happiness is not having what we like. Happiness is liking what we have and learning to make the most of it by giving.

LIFE HACKS

      If you waste time , you waste life. Time is ticking, don't waste your life literally. Do things that truly matter to you.  Change what you can, accept what you cannot. This may sound discouraging, but it's actually liberating. Since you can't control everything, working on the right things is all you have to do.  You're living in the real world, not a fantasy land.The real world is far from ideal. Be bold, be practical.      You are responsible for all your emotions. Good or Bad, emotions are generated by you, not radiated to you by the external circumstances. Master your emotions. Most people don't care about you. They're more concerned about their lives than yours, and that's perfectly normal. Appreciate the person in front of your mirror and live your life to the fullest.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

    There may be days when you get up in the morning and things are not the way you had hoped they would be. That's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down. But those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself. There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them. Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be. Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you.  Keep Believing in Yourself.

STAY FIT AND YOUNG

    A sound mind in a sound body. It remains us that both mind and body are important, and that the health of one is connected to that of  the other.  It has been shown that maintaining an active, adaptable mind is one of the key factors in staying young. Having a youthful mind also drives you toward a healthy lifestyle that will slow the aging process. Just as a lack of physical exercise has negative effects on our bodies and mood, A lack of mental exercise is bad for us because it causes our neurons and neural connections to deteriorate and, as a result, reduces our ability to react to our surroundings. This is why it's so important to give your brain a workout.

DO IT

  Nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes. And it is the mistakes that teach us, that give us the wisdom and the experience. That makes us mature and that put us on the path of growth. Yet, being fearful of taking risks  and going wrong, we never move out of our comfort zones. Always remember that ships are safe at the harbour but thats not where they are meant to be. Whatever it is for you, try and come out of the comfort zone. We can begin NOW.

SELF LOVE

We cannot have true compassion for others unless we have compassion for ourselves, nor can we love others unless we love ourselves. We are here to learn from one another. We are here to help and be helped. We grow only when we are fully engaged with others in healthy relationships, with a mutuality of love and respect.

BELIEVE

     There is so much in you that you have not reached for yet - unfulfilled potential. So don't settle. You may have tried and failed a number of times in school or business or something else. But that should not deter you.  C onvert your failures into energy to propel you to a new level of possibilities. Someone said that, setbacks are a setup for a comeback. You might have suffered setbacks again and again. But you must keep showing up again and again. You are going to have to make a declaration to yourself to never give up until you taste success. BELIEVE IN YOU!

POSITIVE THOUGHTS

    When you are in a position to complain about anything, you are also in a position to do something positive about it. And that's a whole lot more effective than complaining. If you have a good reason to be angry, you also have a good reason to point the energy of that anger in a positive direction. By doing so, you will create new value for all concerned. Whenever something is frustrating you, you are highly motivated to find a way to move beyond it. Convert the frustration to improve the situation or to grow yourself beyond it. Any time you experience disappointment, you have learned a valuable lesson. From there you can go forward, and make that disappointment into a positive turning point. Every day, life comes in your way, and it's difficult to predict or control exactly what lands on your doorstep. No matter what you get, you always have the choice of what to do with it. You have made great and empowering choices in the past and you can continue to do so, day after day...

GOOD THING

Life is better when you are happy, but it's best when others are happy because of you. Be faithful in touching others hearts. Be an inspiration. Nothing in nature lives for itself;  Rivers don't drink their own water. Trees don't eat their own fruits. The sun does not shine for itself and  Flowers don't spread their fragrance for themselves. Living for others is a rule of nature. We were all born to help each other. No matter how difficult the circumstances, DO GOOD TO OTHERS .

MOTIVATION

 Nobody can hurt you without your permission. A man is a product of his thoughts. What he thinks he becomes. Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if  you were to live forever. The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is an attribute of the strong. If we could change ourselves, The tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, So does the attitude of the world change towards him. we need not wait to see what others do. It's the action. Not the fruit of the action, that's important. You have to do the right thing. It may not be in your power, May not be in your time, that there'll be any fruit. But that doesn't mean you stop doing the right thing. You may never know what results come from your action. But if you do nothing, there will be no result.

POSITIVE THINKING

    A little positive thinking doesn't produce positive results. Just like a little bit of a diet doesn't work. It's like trying to lose weight by eating a healthy, low-calorie breakfast and then pigging out on cake and ice-cream for the rest of the day! The same is true of exercise, You can't do a few minutes of exercise once a week and expect to physically fit. A little bit just doesn't get the job done. Instead, you must take control of your mental activity and think positively throughout each and every day until it becomes a habit. Remember, It has to be your dominant thought pattern.

STORY TIME

 Once someone asked a farmer if he had planted wheat for the season. The farmer replied, No. I was afraid, it wouldn't rain. The man asked, Did you plant corn? The farmer said, No. I was afraid that insects would eat the corn. Then the man asked, what did you plant? The farmer said, Nothing.  Risk-taking is part of life. Many times, not taking any risk could become the greatest risk. People who Risk nothing, Do nothing, Have nothing and Become nothing. Indecision is habit forming and contagious. Many opportunities are lost because of indecision. Take risks, but don't gamble. Risk-takers move ahead with their eyes open. Gamblers shoot in the dark.
