Morning Routine for a Positive Day

    Every day is a new beginning. But the day starts the night before, because your mindset will transform in the morning. So, always schedule your sleep in a calm and happy mode. Also, avoid screen time before bedtime for at least 30 minutes.

After waking up, start your morning with meditation, gratitude, or yoga - whatever you're interested in. This will always help your whole day. Your morning sets the tone for the entire day's result. Make a plan before night, so you can utilize your time and energy in good condition. When we do small things great, all our work becomes comfortable to do. Let's start our day with a good mindset!
