It overcome anxiety, reduces stress and rumination, and keeps you grounded and connected to yourself and everything around you. Develop a self-care practice and learn how to priorities your physical and emotional wellbeing. Even a few minutes to yourself each day can provide you space to breathe and boost your overall well-being. One way to bring more joy to your life is to spread it to others. Our thoughts and feelings are frequently preoccupied with the past or the future. Reality is what you are experiencing right now; it is what you are going through. Sometimes we want to get away from reality. When we stay in the present moment, though, we are totally engaged in our life. Try to live in the present moment, and you'll learn to appreciate your life more. Being happy is about you. Learn to find it within yourself rather than from external validation.
