GET RID OF OVERTHINKING
Overthinking traps you within like some sort of vacuum. Overthinking decreases our real action in the world by increasing our tendency to overthink. You start placing blame on yourself for things you didn't accomplish and worried about potential outcomes. You become what you continuously tell yourself you are and what you repeatedly tell yourself to be. Our life is what our thoughts make it.
Learn to control and regulate your ideas, emotions, and behavior. You can develop the necessary mental toughness. So that you can become more conscious of and observant of your ideas, get them out of your brain. Spend time with those you primarily adore. Your thoughts may be diverted by it. The caliber of our thinking determines the circumstances of our lives.
The only way to avoid associating all of your thoughts with yourself is to stop acting on them. Instead, make the decision to live in the now, where there is no time for thought and just for experiencing. Try to handle your thoughts, emotions by you. Understand what is you and what is not you. In your life you are not the issue, what ever the issue we will do our best, but this should not be the issue. Enjoy your life in new and different ways.
