LOVE YOURSELF

   Self love is the ultimate way to boost your self esteem and become a fully healed and integrated human beings. They look at attributes such as the way that a confident person walks or observe their traits. Self love is the opposite of selfish. You cannot love another person unconditionally unless you love yourself first. self love is not about engaging in destructive patterns of behavior and blind eye . Everything to do with a fully whole and integrated individual.    Love is the ultimate building block of the entire universe. Humans are born into the arms of loving parents and die with their loved ones around them. They live and die by love alone. Your ability to love yourself and others is all that really matters. How to get there is another matter entirely. For this, you have to find out who you are and love yourself unconditionally.

POSITIVE OUTLOOK

   Turn your way of thinking into positive thinking and practice on a daily basis. You should set your mind on completing task at a time and think only for a positive outcome. Don't let your conversation turn negative when in a conversation it is easy to let others discourage you, particularly if they have a negative outlook on life. Don't be tempted to fall back into your old ways, turn negative talk into positive and look for the good in everything at any situation. Look for the positive in those around you and point it out, this way you can encourage a positive attitude all around you. Whatever you are doing in your day to day life always look for the good in it, although it might be a boring task which you usually hate doing and one which leaves you feeling negative, try to find something about it that turns it into a more positive situation. THE POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING

   Positive thinkers accomplish many things in their lifetime. Negative thinkers, on the other hand, often remain in the shadows. They live mediocre lives, seemingly suspended in a dreamless state, unable to go any further in life. Positive people can enact positive changes within themselves and within their surroundings. They lighten up a room simply by being in it. Other people gravitate towards them because they know they'll benefit from them, whether it be through words of encouragement or even just a simple directed their way.   When you learn to think positively, you will see the difference between your old self and your new self. LET GO OF THE PAST

   First of all, everything is energy. Our thoughts and feelings emit a vibration, and what we send out to the world is what we receive back. That means that whatever we give our attention to wanted or unwanted grows. If you focus on happiness, joy, and satisfaction, you'll experience more of that. If you focus on pain, regret, and guilt, you'll experience more of that.  The past is gone, it's over. You can try all you want, but you can never turn back the clock. Look at the present without letting your past cloud your judgement. If you fail to move forward because the past is holding you back, then you seriously need to reassess your life. Whatever happened in the past has got to stay in the past. If you continue letting it affect you, then your future may not turn out to what you want it to be. 

MEDITATION

   Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well being and your over all health. Meditating might just be the best way to clear negativity from your life and bring about emotional and spiritual recovery. Meditation rejuvenates the mind, makes us more resilient, and rids the body of harmful chemicals that cause stress and anxiety, it centers us.  Think of it this way: If your mind is wired to be miserable, meditation would be the reset button that allows you to unplug, switch off  and tune out. Then, you can easily learn through meditation, to turn your brain back on and tune into positive thinking frequencies. During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress.
