Also, avoid screen time before bedtime for at least 30 minutes. After waking up, start your morning with meditation, gratitude, or yoga - whatever you're interested in. This will always help your whole day. Your morning sets the tone for the entire day's result. Make a plan before night, so you can utilize your time and energy in good condition.
